Flyer senior editor and cookbook author Bianca Phillips signs Cookin’ Crunk: Eatin’ Vegan in the Dirty South, based on her popular blog Vegan Crunk. A portion of the proceeds from book sales goes to LGBT organization GenQ, to help fund a trip to Advancing Equality on the Hill in Nashville.
