Behind the Scenes for The Flyer Fashion shoot

Me being silly with our photographer, Justin Fox Burks, during the madness of our shoot.

Britt Ervin

Shooting fashion for The Memphis Flyer is always fun and this year we had the same basic ingredients: awesome photographer, great hair & makeup crew, and wonderful models who had been selected from The Flyer's Peabody Rooftop parties. Our Fall fashion story was set in The Old Forest in Overton Park and we headquartered in Memphis College of Art. It felt like it was around 300 degrees and 100% humidity but no worries-we got results and had a blast. We got down listening to Daft Punk and munched on po' boys from Pearl's.

Here are a few behind the scenes shots from our sweltering day showing layers and layers of great Fall clothes.

Our fearless make up artist, Christopher Padgett, working on model Brittany Horton. Photo from Elizabeth Sullivan.

The incredible hair team, Amy Wood and Lucy Hadskey, doin' their thang on models Paris Chanel and Elizabeth Sullivan. Photo from Britt Ervin.

Sarah Clark and Elizabeth Sullivan are oh so from Elizabeth Sullivan.

Group shot of our crazy crew taken by Britt Ervin.

Always such a fun project. In Britt's words...these are just a few snapshots into the "supa cute" shenanigans we enjoyed that day.
